What is the Validity For Premium Subscription ?
The validity for a premium subscription on iBricks is currently
one year. However, it's worth noting that in the future, iBricks may also
offer premium subscriptions for three months, six months, or even just one month.
Cash on delivery is available on product ?
No, iBricks does not offer cash on delivery
for its products. You must make the payment
first before placing your order.
If I cancel my subscription do i get my money back ?
Unfortunately, there's no option to cancel the subscription
of the premium plan within the entire application. Once
you've paid for the premium plan, there's no provision for
a refund. However, if you encounter any issues with the application
or any of its features, feel free to contact us via email, phone
number, or address for assistance.
What is super admin in team section ?
In the Team section, the Super
Admin refers to the initial person
who either invited all members or
created the account on iBricks.
In how many days my order will be delivered ?
For subscription orders, the activation is typically instant upon completion of the transaction.
However, for product orders, delivery times may vary. It usually takes a maximum of several days
for processing and shipping before the product reaches your given address. The delivery address
is the one you provided during the ordering process.
Can I use this software for free ?
Yes, you can indeed use this software for free,
indefinitely. However, please note that with the
free version, there are limitations on certain
features. For instance, you'll have a restricted
number of project creations, and you won't be able
to download bills in all available formats.
Suppose if admin had premium subscription,
do other member of there team or client need to buy subscription to use premium freatures?
No, there's no need for every member of the team
or client to purchase a premium subscription if
the admin already has one. With the admin's premium
subscription, all members can access and utilize all premium features.
Do iBricks have any app ? which have same feature like web application ?
Yes, iBricks does have its own app, which is
available on both the Play Store and the App Store.
The app shares the same features as the web application,
and there are no restrictions based on whether you're
using an Android or Apple device. iBricks is compatible
with both Android and iOS platforms.
